All units are tested and securely packaged before leaving our factory.
Once you have been given the tracking number or have been notified by email that the item has left our warehouse, the item is then your responsibility to track and make sure you are home on delivery.

If you are not home on delivery, the item will be returned to your nearest depot for your collection. If you want it left at your door if you are not home, you must notify us of this by email prior to despatch. Once the item has been returned to a depot, you will need to collect, or pay a 2nd delivery fee.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transit. We will lodge a claim for compensation from the courier in the event that any damage has occurred, however we need to be notified of damage once you sign for the item, not days later.

All items are automatically covered for $1000 transit insurance.
