This is the autobiographical account of a young Englishman's life in the Outback during the 1920s and the 1930s, from his days as a drover and stationhand in the toughest country in Australia to his experiences as a buffalo shooter and crocodile hunter in the Northern Territory before the war.

Author Tom Cole is a living legend, a real-life 'Crocodile Dundee', whose stories and memories create a vivid picture of a wild and exciting time that will never be captured again. 

This 356 page softcover is illustrated with black and white photographs.  The cover has some heavy creases, marks, fading and wear.  Internally there is a book exchange stamp, and browning to page edges due to age.  It is otherwise tight and clean.
