HERITAGE BROAD BEAN SEEDS AQUADULCE
An easy to grow vegetable for the colder months when not much else will grow.
Ideal for those just starting a vegie patch, for children to have quick success in the garden and anyone who loves the delicious nutty taste of fresh broad beans - almost impossible to buy these days!
The seeds are 'heritage' which means they are an old traditional variety which has been grown from seed saved over many years (not genetically modified in a laboratory). The bonus is a better taste and, if you like, you can collect your own seed next year saving you money.
Broad beans can also be grown as a green manure crop. Cut them to the ground just as they begin to flower and dig them into the vegie bed leaving the roots in the ground to add nitrogen to your soil.
This seed has been grown and collected according to the principles of organic gardening (no pesticides or nasties). It is best suited to cool climates. Ideal to plant now!
Each packet contains 15 seeds and comes complete with growing instructions. All my seeds are well-packaged and would also make an attractive gift.
