Whilst we make every attempt to ensure every item we offer on eBay is in stock, from time to time an item may become out of stock due to sales external to eBay. In accordance with eBay’s policy we will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item and place the item on 'back order' with our suppliers or provide you with a full refund if you do not wish to wait.

eBay policy clearly states that you when you bid on an item you are entering into a binding contract to purchase that item. We appreciate all payments being received within 7 business days. In the unlikely event that an item is found to have manufacturing faults, or has been incorrectly sent, we will gladly replace it and reimburse your (regular mail only) return postage costs once we receive the item back from you. Claims for faulty merchandise need to be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery.

If you choose registered shipping, we will replace any items lost, stolen or damaged in the postal mail after the minimum transit time has elapsed (15 days for domestic, 30 days for international). MgrCentral accepts no liability for loss, damage, or consequential loss whatsoever resulting from or due to the use of uninsured postal methods. If you are concerned about the possibilty of loss or damage, please choose registered mail.

Please carefully check the Region code and video format of any item before bidding on it to ensure you will be able to play it. Opened items are not accepted for return simply because you did not read the region coding and format information provided.

Region 4 (PAL) DVDs and Region ALL (PAL) DVDs will play on ANY DVD player purchased in Australia or New Zealand. Other countries will need a multi-region capable DVD player and a PAL compatible TV. 

Region 1 (NTSC) DVDs will play on ANY DVD player purchased in the U.S.A and Canada. Australia and other countries will require a multi-region capable dvd player, and an NTSC compatible TV.

Region 2 (PAL) DVDs will play on ANY DVD player purchased in the United Kingdom and most players purchased in Europe.  Australia and other countries will require a multi-region capable DVD player.

Region ALL (PAL) DVDs will play on most DVD players worldwide. United States and Canada will require a PAL capable TV.

Most recent dvd players and televisions are capable of displaying both PAL and NTSC formats, and most DVD players can be made multi-region by doing a Google search for the make and model and following the instructions to make it multi-region. If you are unsure please check the manuals for your dvd player and television.
