This Kit contains everything except the antenna wire, thus making it cheaper for those who have their own wire.

This antenna mounted between 13 and 20 meters gives a low swr on 80,40,30,30,20,15,12,10 and 6 meter bands. The antenna is 42 meters in length.
It has been used as an inverted V and inverted L shape with acceptable performance. The one I use handles 400 Watts SSB easily. The kit version was in response to helping new "Hams" get on the bands with one antenna that can be used on all bands without an antenna tuner. The Balun is made from UV stabilised plastic so it should last for many years.
