In the underworld of
crime, the city has
been ruled by one
family for generations.
But things are chang-
ing...instead of boot-
leg booze & gambling,
the corruption is now
computer age money
laundering & high-
level extortion. In this
new arena of crime,
there is a new breed
of enforcer. Beneath
the aura of respect-
ability, these gangs-
ters are even more
ruthless, ambitious &
deadlier than their
forefathers. The only
thing that doesn't
change is their anc-
ient code of silence;
the omerta.

As rival families stand
on the verge of war,
Tony Civiano,(Costas
Mandylor) respected
civic leader & restaur-
ant owner, is caught
between generations
of family loyalty to the
mob & everything he
has worked so hard to
achieve. Pressured by
the murderous Vince
Provenzano (Joey De
Pinto) to sell him vital
parking lots Tony
refuses.

This act of defiance
sets in motion a series
of murders that makes
it clear that either Tony
must turn govt inform-
er or face certain death.
But neither alternative
is acceptable to Tony,
who is compelled to
seek justice on his own
terms.

At the center of this
murderous mix is Nick
DeLucca (Robert Davi)
who has just returned
from prison seeking
revenge for the murder
of his youngest brother
& a bigger piece of the
mob pie.

Nick is as brutal as he
is smart & neither is
going to get in his way
until he reaches his goal...
and Nick's terms are non-
negotiable.
