Pressured by the murderous Vince Provenzano ( Joey De Pinto ) to sell him vital parking lots Tony refuses. This act of defiance sets in motion a series of murders that makes it clear that either Tony must turn goverment informer or face certain death. But neither alternative is acceptable to Tony, who is compelled to seek justice on his own terms. At the center of this murderous mix is Nick DeLucca ( Robert Davi ) who has just returned from prison seeking revenge for the murder of his youngest brother and a bigger piece of the mob pie. Nick is as brutal as he is smart and neither is going to get in his way until he reaches his goal...and Nick's terms are non-negotiable.
