For a proper conversion spot weld holes have not been filled. You can bolt these down to the floor but they will not give the structural integrity to the floor pan that welding it will. This item is in good nick and came out of a HK Monaro. Its got blackjack underneath and a coating of fish oil on the top to prevent rusting.
