SUPERB STERLING SILVER DOUBLE ALBERT WATCH CHAIN & ENAMEL FOB

 

THIS IS AN EXTREMELY GOOD DOUBLE ALBERT WATCH CHAIN AND FOB.

FULLY HALLMARKED ON EACH LINK WITH LION PASSANT (STERLING) NOT RUBBED.

T-BAR AND LOBSTER CLASPS ARE HALLMARKED WITH MAKER'S INITIALS HB&S FOR HERBERT BUSHELL & SONS, LION PASSANT AND DATE LETTER O FOR 1913.  THE CHAIN IS GRADUATED WITH LARGEST LINKS BEIN 0.8CMS GRADUATING TO 0.5CMS.  LENGTH FROM CLASP TO CLASP IS 40CMS.  THERE IS A 3CM CHAIN HOLDING THE FOB (ALL HALLMARKED).

 

THE FOB IS ENAMELLED IN BLUE AND RED AND HAS "EASTBOURNE & DIS FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION"

WRITTEN AROUND THE BLUE PART.  IT IS A NICE WEIGHTY FOB.  ON THE BACK ENGRAVED 1932-33

AND HALLMARKED V&S MAKER'S MARK, LION PASSANT, ANCHOR (BIRMINGHAM) DATE LETTER H FOR 1932.
