HMV brand gramophone - needs some adjustment

The machine winds up, the record turns, when the needle is put down there is sound for about 3 seconds until it stops. When the needle is lifted, the record starts turning agian.

The records (approx 80) include Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Nat King Cole, Rosemary Clooney, Gene Autry Frankie Lains, Dean Martin.
