     This is a 100% laser-cut wood kit with pre-cut window and door openings. It is an American Model Builders kit and comes factory sealed.

   Buyer pays all shipping costs. I charge actual shipping cost with no hidden fees. Payment e-checks and Paypal accepted. Items paid by e-check will be held until check is cleared and money is deposited in my account. Payment in US dollars only. Payment due within 7 days of end of auction.
