'Rural Mill or Barn Structure Kit'

HO Scale (1:87). This new kit is one of a series of 'easy to assemble' rural structures, designed to give your layout that typically Australian look.

Initially scratch-built for our HO scale 'Blue Mountains Shale Oil and Sawmilling Company' layout and styled after the famous 'Jarrah Mill' which once stood at Simsville near Stroud in New South Wales. The kit features all wood construction with an optional side lean-to and roof gable additions.

Note: photos show the completed kit with and without the roofing 'iron' and with the optional gable and side lean-to fitted. (Display stand not included)  

We have written comprehensive instructions with layout templates and packaged all the items you need together so that anyone with a little time and patients can build this kit. (See also the Logging Trestle Bridge Kit from this series)
