COMMODORE HEAD REPLACEMENT SHELL

These shells are so easy to fit, it takes under five minutes for a novice.

We have fitted hundreds without a hiccup. Simply remove the screws that retain the key blade from your old worn out shell, with a large flat blade screwdriver, placed in the hole where the key blade was, prise the shell apart using caution. Discard the clear coloured gasket, and place the module into the new shell, they only go one way so you cannot make a mistake.

Clip the two halves together, place your old key blade in the slot and tighten the screws.

It is always a good idea to check your commodore blades to make sure the screws are tight as this forms the contact to the rings surrounding your ignition barrel, ensuring good reading from the transponder.

You can even use the blank blade ( when cut ) as a surf key.
