This sale is for a 3 NIGHTS stay in LOCH SPORT - BETWEEN AUG - DEC 15TH 2008 - BOOKINGS MUST BE TAKEN WITHIN TIME SPECIFIED, NO REFUNDS GIVEN!!. Excluding long weekends and subject to availability. Most weekends/weekdays are available at this stage.

Auction final price is the 3 nights inclusive, with no more to pay.

PERSONAL DETAILED FORM IS TO BE FILLED OUT BY WINNING BIDDER AND PHOTO COPY OF LICENCE IS TO BE SUPPLIED BEFORE NIGHTS STAY.

A BOND OF $200 IS REQUESTED BEFORE ACCOMODDATION AND WILL BE  FULLY RETURNED ONCE VACATED AND PREMISES CHECKED. - Can be payed 2 weeks before stay!

The House

Very neat, clean, cosy  FULLY SELF CONTAINED, two bedroom, 11sq aprox. holiday house located across from the Loch Sport Bakery and Frankie's Service Station, and within 3 mins walk to back area of LAKE VICTORIA, less than 4 min drive to the 90 MILE BEACH, less than 5 mins drive to TOWN / MARINA and main area of  LAKE VICTORIA!

The house has BBQ facilities, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, TV, video/ DVD, CD player, gas heating and ceiling fans.

Bedroom 1 has queen size bed, Bedroom 2 has a set of bunks (DOUBLE AT BOTTOM AND SINGLE AT TOP), and a double futon in lounge area. (Beds with electric blankets). Sleeps up to 7 people. (Portable cot availble if needed.)

You can either sit back and relax or go on that relaxing adventure of sight seeing all within close proximity.

Need to bring your own pillows, sheets, doonas, beach towels and personal towels and items. For the Futon in lounge complete bedding is required also. 

Has two single carports and is fenced (old farming type - 2 strips of wire and mesh at base) sides and back, the front has a high tin fence with two gates that form a circular driveway, an outdoor decking for entertaining at the rear of property.  This is a great spot to sit, relax and watch the parrots and other wildlife come to your door.

FYI - (WATER TANK & GAS BOTTLE FOR HEATER ARE IN USE ON THE PREMISIES)

Laundramat facilities are located within the township.  Sorry there is no washing machine in the house.

 Usual cost would be $120.00 PER NIGHT

Brochures on area will be sent to winning bidder to give some knowledge of the area.

There is also a information book in the house with info on where to eat and what to do.

LOCH SPORT

Loch Sport is set amongst the beautiful Gippsland Lakes, 35 Mins from Sale, the 90 Mile Surf Beach and the safe waters of Lake Victoria are the perfect venue for water based holiday activities - from toddlers splashing in the shallows of the lake to surf fishing in the ocean. The waters around Loch Sport are ideal for windsurfing, sailing, cruising, water skiing, fishing and even parasailing. Offering 90 miles of golden beaches and 41 thousand hectares of Lake System.

 Loch Sport boasts numerous walking and cycling tracks around the town and along the shores of the Lake. The 90 Mile Beach is a five minutes drive along the causeway.

Loch Sport offers a Pub, RSL, Marina, Tennis Courts, Bowls Club, Golf Course, Mini Golf, Children's Park, Boat Club, Bakery and Supermarket.

A highlight of your trip would be a visit to the Lakes National Park where wildlife is prolific - Kangaroos, swamp wallaby, hog deer, common wombat, short-beaked echidna, koala and common bushtail possum and many many more................!

HOW TO GET HERE: - Car via Taralgon - Rosedale on the Princes Hwy, or via the South Gippsland Hwy turning off at Longford.
