Registered postage for this item is $20.00 inc insurance Australia wide,with expected delivery within 1 to 6 business days.Please note due to the nature of our business and high volume of sales most orders will need to be processed within 4 to 5 business days before despatch,all orders sent out must be signed for on delivery there for orders cannot be sent out to any PO box address,we will confirm orders sent to all buyers via email. if our stock count for this item is low or sold out when placing your order then we will need to ship your order direct from our Hong Kong supplier,if so expected delivery time will be within 6 to 14 business days.

Lay-buy

We provide online lay-buy on all products at Digital Department on any purchase over $100.00,we require a 20% deposit wich is non refundable if the customer cannot commit to the lay-buy transaction,the customer must contact us each time a payment has been made so we can confirm payment and reply with the new amount owing,the lay-buy transaction must be finalized within 6 weeks from the purchase date,however we can grant a little extra time if a customer contacts us with this request.Please note our terms: Customer must contact us or mention in the comments section at check-out you wish to use lay-buy for your purchase,we cannot send out any orders until we recieve full payment,we no longer accept paypal payments on lay-buy,due to the many fees involved with muliple payments on the one purchase transaction.

Warranty & Returns

We provide all items from Digital Department with a one year return to manufacture warranty,customer must pay all extra postage involved with the return and warranty process,we arrange all warranty claims on behalf of our customers and the manufacturer and at no time will we be held liable for any damage or as a result of any warranty claim being made void due to the actions or decisions from the manufacturer.We accept return item for purchase refund within 14 days from purchase date,items must be returned to us with all accessories original packaging un-used and in good condition/working order,any item recieved back to us in any damaged or faulty condition will not be honoured for purchase refund.

We are a regirstered Australian business with ABN all listing prices include GST,and all orders are sent out with tax invoice as receipt of purchase. We also offer our customers excellent customer service,with buyer protection policies in place so all our customers can shop with confidence.
