Evocative oil of horse drawn canal barge at Ambergate Derbyshire, complete with little terrier standing guard.  This is an interesting and beautiful part of the World Heritage Site of Derbyshire.  A large oil painted about fifteen years ago by one of Derbyshire's leading artists and in excellent condition.  In original swept gilt frame also in excellent condition and ready to hang.
