Every annexe that leaves Betta Marquee undergoes our Quality Control System, making sure that the item that you purchase is shipped directly to the winning bidder or purchaser.

We use TNT Road Express for our transport and this service takes between 1 to 6 working days to effect delivery.

At your request we will e-mail you with a tracking number so you can locate and track your new annexe. As part of the delivery process TNT requires someone to sign for your annexe at delivery. A contact number must be supplied with your order before Betta Marquee can ship it to you. If no one is available at delivery the driver will leave a card so alternative arrangements can be made for the delivery.

Once your payment has cleared Betta Marquee will dispatch your annexe the following working day.

We charge a flate rate shipping fee of $55.00 to deliver the annexe to you. Please add on the insurance to the shipping cost if you choose to take it out. Transit Damage extras (insurance) are recommended and is an optional extra available for only $8.00.

If you choose to not take out insurance you are assuming all responsibility if the item is damaged or lost during transit. Transit Damage insurance does not include any associated shipping cost's, it covers the item only.

- NO RETURNS are accepted for this listing unless the annexe arrives damaged.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the annexe is damaged.

The warehouse area is twice the size of our previous location. We have increased the amount of stock we can carry and we currently have over 4,500 items in stock.
