Conditions of Sale: 

Contact to be made with seller within 3 days of winning auction.

Payment: to be received within 7 days (or by arrangement) of winning auction otherwise item will be relisted.

Postage and handling costs: I do charge a small additional amount to partially cover the costs involved. 

Where I post from: All postage calculations will be from my home postcode.

Item condition: I take great pains to describe my items as well as possible and it is very important you satisfy yourself with the description before bidding. If I say the item works then it has been tested by myself or family.

Items damaged in the post: Unfortunately this does occasionally happen. I cannot be held responsible for this damage. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to approach the post office for compensation (Standard Parcel Post carries up to $50.00 Compensation for loss or damage). I am happy to help with this in any way.

Questions:  I will answer every question honestly and ASAP. I do have a real job so it is best to ask your questions early. If the question is asked in the last hour or few minutes of an auction I may not be around to answer.

Paypal: Not preferred for Australian transactions due to the fees charged to sellers (it’s funny how they never mention that when saying it’s a free payment method). I offer and prefer direct deposit which is basically cost free for both buyer and seller.

Feedback: Positive feedback is much appreciated as it not only tells me that you are happy with your transaction and product, it confirms delivery of your item. Once your feedback has been left, I will leave feedback for you. If for any reason you are unhappy with your transaction, before leaving negative feedback please contact me as I may be able to rectify things.
