THEETOPTHREE Handicapping tool is a software program that offers handicappers a interesting approach to picking the right horse to bet. 

  • The program is a usefull "tool"  to add to your toolbag of handicapping plays.  The program can pick the probable winner or it can give you a rating for your own picks.
  • The program will sharpen your skills because you are required to enter data manually from the DRF, you do not have to subscribe to a download service.
  • The program is user friendly and alot of the data you enter for each horse is retained so time is saved by not having to re-enter data for different horses.
  • The program will print out the twelve (12) pieces of data you entered and will rate each horse numerically. THEETOPTHREE  rated horses should be considered for a PLAY.
  • THEETOPTHREE was rated a 7 1/2 by THE PHILIP'S RACING NEWSLETTER MARCH ISSUE 2008.
  • The program is Microsoft compatible only and it can be used for U.S. and Canadian tracks only.
