Customer satisfaction is primary in our business and we realise from time to time a customer may wish to return a product after purchase. Each item is sold with a full money back guarantee (excluding shipping & handling charges) if unopened within 14 days.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to have manufacturing faults, or has been incorrectly sent, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us for our Reply Paid address so you do not have to pay return postage. Claims for faulty merchandise need to be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery.
If you choose registered shipping, we will replace any items lost, stolen or damaged in the postal mail after the minimum transit time has elapsed (15 days for domestic, 30 days for international). MgrCentral accepts no liability for loss, damage, or consequential loss whatsoever resulting from or due to the use of uninsured postal methods. If you are concerned about the possibilty of loss or damage, please choose REGISTERED mail.
Please contact us by email (mgr@mgrcentral.com) before returning any product or to discuss any problem you may have with the item before leaving feedback (note that under the new system at eBay neutral feedback is counted the same as negative feedback to calculate a seller's rating). Smooth transactions will receive positive feedback, once the sale is complete. We consider a sale to be completed once you have left us feedback.
