International Shipping Outside Canada and USA

Packaging

 To some people, being charged for Packaging and Handling is excessive. There are different ways of looking at this. We can sell and not charge for the packaging but the items you receive might arrive in poor shape because we try to cut corners. On the other hand, we charge at cost for dual wall cardboard boxes where the items are wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in the box and then filled with styrofoam ‘’peanuts’’ as filler. We don’t get this material for free and have to buy it, and we pay someone to package your items. On demand, we can also pack in FOAM IN PLACE. There is an extra charge for this.

We identify up-front, this cost and you know before bidding, how much this will cost to package your unit. Don’t be frustrated afterwards if you think this process is too expensive!!!!  If it’s too expensive, don’t bid.  It’s as simple as that!!!!!!!!!

International Shipping

We can ship internationally except for certain countries where US and Canadian Laws prohibit shipment of US made goods. Please note that for certain countries such as Indonesia for example, there is a 30 Days waiting period for credit cards to clear before shipment due to overwhelming fraud in such countries, with credit cards.

Any problems in shipment due to loss and damage will be at customer’s cost as we are not responsible for such situations to occur. We will be responsible if packaging is poor and address data is incorrectly indicated by us.

If you are the winning bidder, we ship you the package and it is returned to us due to an error in the name and/or address you have given us, you will have to pay for the extra cost of shipment back to us and returned to you. Therefore, be careful in the information you are giving us

Duties and Taxes are to be paid directly by the winning bidder. We are not responsible for high costs of Duties and/or Taxes in your country. Do not hold it against us!!!!!!!
