On offer is 1 Hewlett Packard 3702B IF/BB receiver,  Item is ex defence forces, is dual voltage 120/240 sticker on back says transistor pack 120 volt so was not willing to plug in in case it is set for wrong voltage.  Has no leads therfore is sold as is.  Below is some info I found.

 

The Agilent HP 3702B IF/BB Receiver is the receiver section of an 70 MHz Microwave Link Analyzer System, plug-in (such as 3705A) and Agilent HP 3710A Transmitter sold separately. Can be used to isolate and characterize causes of intermodulation distortion in wideband microwave radios. Applications in both analog and digital radio systems. System measurement abilities include BB & IF power, gain, and loss, modulator/demodulator deviation sensitivity/linearity/group delay, plus much, much more!
