Plotter Supply products are designed, built and tested to exacting specifications.  Our products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original shipment.  If any Plotter Supply product is found to be defective, Plotter Supply will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product or refund the original purchase price.

Plotter Supply also warrants, that, subject to the conditions and limitations listed below, our products will not cause damage to printers and business machines.  This warranty presumes that the product has been utilized as intended, under normal operating conditions as stated by the printer manufacturer, and that the printer has been maintained properly according to the manufacturer's recommendations.  Plotter Supply will reimburse the customer for the cost of repair or for the replacement of the printer or business machine, at its option.  Reimbursement is limited to the current market value of the equipment in question.  Plotter Supply assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products.

 

The warranty requires that the purchaser provide Plotter Supply with a satisfactory written evidence that the failure was due to a defect in material and workmanship in the Plotter Supply product.  The claim must be substantiated in writing by an authorized service agent on the service company's letterhead and signed and dated by the authorized service agent's representative.  The defective  Plotter Supply product must be returned to Plotter Supply.  This warranty will be void if the product has been modified or tampered with by individuals not employed by  Plotter Supply.

 

This warranty gives you particular legal rights.  Those rights may vary from state to state within the United States of  America.  All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, are hereby negated and disclaimed, including warranties of merchantabilitity or fitness for a particular purpose, as are claims for non-infringement.
