When you are need warranty service. You need email us to get RMA number. When you apply RMA we need you supply all transaction detail that include date of arrived. All information must in writing.

All warranty items need send back to us by customer paid postage. Customer must label the RMA number & eBay item number outside of package. When we do not find RMA & eBay item number the item will refuse accept & return to sender.

We will test the item again by our experienced engineers. If the item not faulty customer will be charged $55 for testing & returning processing. All return postage will paid by customer.

When replace item out of stock. We will refund item cost exclude any shipping, handling, package, & all other charges.
When choice upgrade the parts may need pay additional charge.

Refund will only refund to the account that customer use for payment.

All warranty will process in Australia. We will provide return shipping address with your RMA number.
