Condition
We label our computers as refurbished. Although 99% of the computers we receive are in perfect working order, we still put them through our refurbishment process. Each computer is treated with great care and restored to its original working condition. We even inspect the health of the capacitors located on the motherboard. THIS IS A MUST and many other vendors do not do this. The outside casing of the computer will have minor scratches or imperfections. This item will arrive clean and in perfect working order.

Return Policy
If you experience any problems we will EXCHANGE it no questions asked. Simply return it within seven days and we will refund your entire bid amount less return shipping charge & $5 restocking fee. We ask for this amount to cover the original shipping to you. This fee applies regardless of the reason for return including a problem with your order. You are responsible for payment of the return shipping although we can help arrange it with Australia Post. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance after the 7 day period or for any other reason. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not bid.

Warranty
We place an outstanding 30 DAY WARRANTY on this item. The warranty covers all of the hardware inside the computer that it was originally shipped with from us. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as configuring your wireless network or any other custom situation. We do offer a paid support plan for those issues. If by chance you receive your item and there is a problem, we will work diligently to correct the problem. If it is necessary to be returned for repair/replacement, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you. Please email us with warranty requests.

Standard shipments will be shipped through Australia Post. All of our items are packed extremely well in High Quality Boxes with excellent interior padding. Insurance is optional and it will cover the full auction price. We usually ship within 2 days Business Days of payment received and. Faster service is available if requested. LOCAL PICK UP AVAILABLE.If you have purchased multiple items from us, they may be shipped in the same box or boxes to ensure a safer delivery.
