Shipping Policy
- Most Items will be sent on the same day of payment clearing, if received by 3:00pm AEDST. All items will be sent within 3 business days. If Prime_inks4less is unable to send the items within this time the buyer will be notified.
- International buyers please contact us for shipping cost BEFORE purchasing.
- Registered and insured postage available as per lising for an additional $4.50. Seller accepts no responsibility for missing items where regular postage is selected.
- Express post is available as per listed price.
- Pick up is available 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Please note that a $2.50 handling fee applies for pick ups.
- Prime_inks4less take great care in ensuring all items are securely and safely packed.
- If the buyer requires the items to be sent to an alternative address they must confirm this with Prime_inks4less BEFORE making payment.
Returns Policy
- Receipt is required for all returns. Please send email and get a Return Authority Items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase if they are still in its original factory sealed package Any defective Item can be replaced within 6 months from day of purchase Refunds will not be given to any opened or used inkjet cartridges, but may be given a exchange if the inkjet cartridge is found to be defective.
