We are a long established IT repairs business and have expanded to include sales of spare parts. We stock components from well-known brands such as, Acer, Dell, HP/Compaq, Sony & Toshiba as well as harder to find parts from less common brands. Stock is updated regularly, so please call again.
This item has been removed from the above model and, whilst it may fit other models, you should ensure compatibility before completing purchase. The model numbers (as shown in the title), when typed into a search engine, usually offer the best way of finding the information you require. If you struggle with this, we would be more than happy to help. Technical support is available by email or eBay message and we always reply the same day. We are in the process of making information packs on the fitting of the more difficult parts and, as these become available, this will be mentioned on appropriate listings. They will be offered as either a PDF file or printed copy, whichever is the most convenient for you.
All our parts are removed from fully tested machines, unless otherwise stated. Faults may occur, however, during removal or transit. To this end, we offer a full 30-day warranty on all parts, with a No-Quibble Refund (inclusive of postage, for international customers). If you do have a problem with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can rectify the issue.
POSTAGE
We offer Free Postage on all purchases to be delivered within the UK. For international purchases, postage rates will be displayed on the listing. All items will be sent First Class Standard Delivery. Any item (or combination of items) over £20.00 will be sent Recorded Delivery (Signed For) or Special Delivery and will be despatched within 48 hours. However, we endeavour to post all items that have been paid for before 2pm, the same day. For items paid for after 2pm, we will post them the following day. There is, of course, no post on Sundays. We will inform you by email once your item has been despatched. Tracking numbers will be available on request.
All purchases are insured, whether with free or paid for postage.
Heavy or bulky items will be sent by courier.
Collections are welcome - please contact us to arrange a mutually agreeable time.
Please note: Courier, Recorded and Special Delivery require someone to receive the package(s). If, for any reason, no one is available, and you are unable to collect the package(s) within the period the Post Office or courier allow, they will be returned to us. If this happens, we will notify you and will be happy to re-send your order. However, this would incur postage costs.
PAYMENT
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, but we are happy to accept Postal Orders and Personal or Business cheques. Please note, however, that Personal cheques take 5 working days to clear. If there are insufficient funds in your PayPal account, they will issue an e-cheque, which has a 7 – 10 day clearing period.
Payment or contact needs to be made within 7 days of purchase. After this period we will have to inform eBay, which may result in a strike on your account. We offer a customer friendly service and are willing to consider payment difficulties as long as contact is made.
