  • Goods will generally be dispatched within 3 business days or less after payment.

  • Warranty is back to base (that is, the goods must be returned to us) unless specified as otherwise in our advertisement.

If you mail us about something that is contained in our advertisement we may not respond due to the high volume of enquiries we receive.

Our Postage and Freight methods are as follows:

  • Pickup from our Sydney (St Leonards) warehouse is available for all goods advertised.
  • Freight is charged at cost with a small fee for processing. We do not aim to make money from the freight component of our sale.
  • We use Star Track Express for all inter country packages over 3KG in weight, Australia Post or FedEx for all International sales and Australia Post for Inter country sales of goods that weigh under 3KG.
