PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE HAD TO REVISE OUR POSTAGE COSTS DUE TO EBAY REQUIRING TRACKING NUMBERS FOR ALL ITEMS DESPATCHED.



RECENTLY WE HAVE SEEN A SEVERE INCREASE IN PAYPAL CLAIMS. 

THEREFORE ALL PARCELS THAT ARE SENT BY US WILL BE SENT ON A'SIGNED FOR' SERVICE.

We will (where we can) combine postage for multiple purchases - this will be shown at the invoicing stage.



We will typically DESPATCH within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays).



All of the items despatched from our premises are sent via a 'Signed For' service. Although slightly more expensive than the standard mail this does almost eliminate any 'lost' or 'stolen' parcels.

EUROPE DELIVERY - SIGNED FOR SERVICE = £8.00 for the 1st model, then an extra £2 per model thereafter. 



US / CANADA & REST OF THE WORLD - SIGNED FOR SERVICE = £10.00 for the 1st model, then an extra £2 per model thereafter. 





1:18th Diecast Model Shipping Charges. 



UK DELIVERY - COURIER SERVICE = £8 for the 1st model, then an extra £2 per model thereafter. 



EUROPE - SIGNED FOR SERVICE = £16 per model. 

We can combine the postage, although it is only cheaper after 3 or more models as we have a flat rate with DHL for 10Kgs = £35 (approx 6 1:18th models in one box). 



US / CANADA & REST OF THE WORLD - SIGNED FOR SERVICE = £27 per model - it is not cheaper to combine unless 3 or more models are bought - email for a quote.

Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that there is a problem / fault with the item we will happily provide you with a refund (excluding returns postage).



Refunds will be granted if the following conditions are met — 



You must contact us by email or telephone within seven working days of the order and PRIOR to sending the item back.



Items must be returned complete and original, in as ordered condition and include all relevant certificates and boxes.



The return has to be authorised by a J.M.Toys Ltd employee.



This does not affect your statutory rights.

Scale Guide 





Diecast models are manufactured to various scales based on measurements taken from the actual vehicles. 

As a rule the higher the scale, the smaller the model! 

Here is a rough guide to the size of model race cars although this will vary depending on the size of the actual vehicle. 





1:64 scale will be approximately 6cm long 





1:43 scale will be approximately 10cm long 





1:24 scale will be approximately 15-25cm long 





1:18 scale will be approximately 20-30cm long 





1:12 scale will be approximately 30-40cm long
