This was one of the first books on the subject and is still one of the best.  Others have diluted the information, or tried to make it somehow "easier", or "different", but this is the original style, most closely aligned with whatg the Old Masters would say is accurate.  And it is clearly shown, step-by-step. 

If you are a martial artist, or a student of marital arts, you will be able to follow these instructions, both verbal and by photograph for each step needed to complete the form. 

If you have never studied martial arts, it is difficult to understand how to make the transitions between still photos of the essential movements.  But with persistance, your body will connect the dots for you if you are dedicated and will practice continually.
