A spectacular Fine Tribal Kurdistan  Kelim was woven by Desert Nomads in the Southern region of Iran by Kurdish Tribal weavers. This beautiful example of its type, the colours are alive and vibrant. The rug is in excellent condition, with no repairs or defects. It is a recent weave in excellent condition.

This kelim has an extremely strong weave, it is a heavy construction and suitable for commercial purposes. It is a superb example of tribal weaving and will be a welcome addition to any collection.

The colours are spectacular. Maroons, reds, terracotta, cream and green.

This magnificent example of its type was woven approx 25 years ago. This is a beautifully woven rug is a typical example of Tribal weaving. The dyes are probably naturally derived. The design is most attractive. The rug has a beautiful border.

Room size kelims are difficult to acquire and sought after. The colours vary slightly as the wool has been hand spun and dyed.
