How the trap works:
The mouse enters the tunnel having been attracted by the smell of the bait, half way down he comes across a lightweight hinged flap which he will push against and find it moves. It's the nature of a mouse to push their way into tight areas with the assumption that they will find a way out, so a tunnel & flap is not a worry. Once past the one-way flap it closes behind him automatically, allowing more mice to enter and be caught without the possibility of escape.

Setting the trap:
Simply unlatch the lid and bait the trap. We recommend either peanut butter, chocolate, sunflower seeds or cake as the most effective baits. There is one entry point into this trap, it should be positioned alongside a wall where mice are known to be active, or where droppings and smells have been found. The one-way flap resets automatically, allowing more than one mouse to enter and be caught.
The clear plastic lid allows you to see at a glance when you have caught something.

Releasing the mouse/mice:
Now it's time to go for a walk or a drive, be kind to your little furry friend and find a safe place to release him/them. We would recommend at least 1 km away from your house so the mouse can't find it's way back to your house.
Unlatch the lid and the mice/mouse should run straight out as the sides on the base are very low, kids love to see it. YOU NEVER NEED TO TOUCH THE MOUSE Cleaning is a breeze, the entire trap can be immersed in warm water and because the lid opens wide it's very easy to wipe over and re bait.

In severely affected areas use more than one trap. As mice live in groups, placing traps at 2-3 metre intervals will ensure the maximum catch
