Ensure you do not void the warranty :

To avoid voiding the warranty ensure that your ceiling fan is installed by a licensed electrician, proof in the form of a receipt or the license number from the electrician must be retained.

 

In the case of missing or damaged parts, the customer or electrician should contact the Hunter Pacific service line on 1300 360 280 BEFORE installation.

 

In the case of the fan not working, or being excessively noisy, the customer or electrician should contact the Hunter Pacific service line on 1300 360 280 BEFORE the electrician leaves the job.

 

WARRANTY PERIOD 

All Hunter Pacific fans have a 2 year in-home warranty. This includes the installation of the replacement parts.

All Hunter Pacific fans have a further 3 year replacement warranty on all parts. This DOES NOT include the installation of these parts.
