I take great care to pack all parcels to prevent any damage occurring during transit but I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to a parcel once I have posted it.  I recommend that you use registered post at an extra cost of $2.80 which provides an insurance sum up to $100.00 should any loss or damage occur through the Australia Post system.
