As a guide delivery times from Brisbane to QLD, NSW, ACT & VIC can take 2/3 days via normal E-Parcel and WA, SA, NT & TAS 5-7 business days.

New products come as you would buy retail, 100% brand new and factory sealed (unless stated specifically its used or damaged). Collector's please note that we do not use 'C' ratings with any of our products, Please contact us first if you have any queries in regards to condition.

We have the right to refuse refunds or exchange if the product has not been returned complete, tags are removed, or parts are missing.

In the case where the product/parcel has been damaged or lost in transit. An insurance claim must be activated & processed before any refunds/exchanges are issued.
