The First delivery of the Mustang was made in 1942 to British RAF Squadrons - fitted with the Allison engine it lacked power and performance and the Rolls Royce Merlin was then fitted as this had been proven on both the Spitfire and Hurricane. The aircraft then became a legend.

The model of this famous aircraft is hand carved -  17 inch long - has a wingspan of 19 inch - has a high gloss finish to bring out the grain of the wood and although not shown in the pics - the model you receive will have a brass nameplate on the stand with the name of the Aircraft.
