We'll pack and send parcel to post office within 48 hours after the payment complete ,All items shipped via regular Standard Flat Rate Shipping service,Shipping by Airmail by Hong Kong Post. Normally it will take about 2 weeks arrive in most countries( however some mails can be delayed as it depends on the post office at buyer's country. Italian post is the longest in the world and may take two months to arrive, please be patient on it.)

We offers a 14 days exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturers. The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed:
The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals.
All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number.
Please place the RA number given to you by Lsshishang shop, on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RMA numbers on them will not be accepted.
Replacement items will be exchanged within 14 days from the day the customer received the original item. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment.
Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
