LOCAL PICK UP: Please email us if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store. All local pick-ups will be charged a handling fee.

While we are no the owner of most of the items we sell (and therefore we may not be familiar with or able to test every possible function, accessory or feature), we do our best to list and photograph every item accurately. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with you purchase, we will refund the full amount of your winning bid, as long as you do the following:

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and return the item to us, in the same condition as you received it, within 7 days after we issue the RMA.

To obtain an RMA, call our store at +61 89 479 5511 (24 hours a day; please leave a message if we are closed), or email us through the "Contact the Seller" link in the auction. As with returns to other online merchants, you are responsible for return shipping charges, and our outbound shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We regret that we cannot authorize any returns after the 3-day time period, to enable us to pay our sellers in a timely manner
