Our original Crystal range of rugs is made of tough, lustrous poly viscose pile with deep rich colours. These rugs are versatile, easy to maintain, and non-shedding.

Features:

High wear- and colour resistance, longevity and softness.
Backside: Cotton backside
Material : 100% Poly-viscose pile + cotton backside.
Manufacturing Method: Handcrafted on traditional looms.
Origin: Made in India
Wont shed like Wool/Acrylic.
Density: 4000g/sqm approx

	Vacuum your rug regularly. Dust and soil would damage the fiber of your rug resulting in its shorter life.		In case of liquid spill, scoop up the spill as much as you can and then use dry cloth or paper towel to absorb the liquid.
	For storage, always roll your rug and place it along its length.		Take professional help for any further care instructions.

Fine Prints on Custom Rugs:

1. Please send your colour and size requirements by email. For greater accuracy of colour, please send us a physical colour sample by post.

2. Once we receive your requirements, we will send you a custom quote.

3. If you are happy with the quote, we will list the item on eBay according to your custom specifications. We will begin working on your rug after receiving full payment.

4. You can opt for the option of receiving sample prior to getting actual rug. Please note that this facility will incur extra charges and will be mentioned on the quotation. Actual rug would be made only after sample approval.

5. Custom rugs may take extra time to be delivered. Time frame may vary and depends on colour and size of the rug. This will be advised at the time of quotation.

6. Refunds can not be made on custom made rugs.

7. We will only exchange or repair a rug if there is a manufacturing defect. This defect should be informed to us within 7 days of receiving the item. All return postage will be paid by the customer only.
