Beautiful handmade Australian Mulga wood ballpoint pen with gold fittings.

This pen was lovingly crafted by a master wood turner (in Australia), using unique and beautiful Australian timbers, gold fittings and acrylic inserts.

Because it is made by hand every pen is unique and never the same.

Australian timbers are amongst some of the most beautiful woods in the world, offering unique grains and depths of colour.

It uses standard Parker refills.

This pen exudes quality and sophistication and is sure to make a pleasing statement.

RETURN POLICY:  

Centrumsolutions offers a 7 day return policy:

• If the item has been significantly misrepresented in the listing.

• If the item is not as advertised.

• If the item is found to be faulty upon arrival.

Every care is taken to provide accurate listings and pack the items securely for mail purposes. However refunds will not be made for items lost or damaged in the mail because this is beyond my control. I offer a registered/insured post option for most items posted within Australia and an Insurance option for International mail when it is available. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request and pay for these mail options if they are concerned with items being lost or damaged in the post.

Refunds will not be made for any other reason, so please take due care before placing a bid because a refund cannot be made simply because of a ‘change of mind’ regarding a purchase.

All buyers who require a refund must email me within 3 business days of receipt of the item setting out the reasons for the return. Postage charges are non-refundable. If a refund has been approved items must then be returned within 7 days in the condition they were received to be eligible for a refund.  No items should be returned without obtaining prior approval first. Buyers are responsible for the cost of the return postage.

All applications for a refund will be dealt with on a case by case basis and the decision of Centrumsolutions is final. 

Any genuine application for a refund which complies with the terms of this refund policy will be approved without question.

Payment Terms:

Please complete the checkout within 3 days of the Auction finishing or contact me to advise your payment arrangements.

Due to previous problems with non-paying bidders any buyer not adhering to this request will receive several reminders during the first week.

If payment is not received within 7 days of end of auction the item will be logged as unpaid, there will be no exceptions on this.

Payment Method (Australia and International):

PayPal only.

POSTAGE INFORMATION:

All items are sent via Australia Post. 

Australia:

Items mailed within Australia are sent via registered mail at a flat rate of $8.00 AUD. Up to $100.00 AUD insurance is included in this cost.

International:

All items mailed internationally are sent by Air Mail (Australia Post advises upto 14 days to receive your item, generally items are received within 7 to 10 days of posting.) 

Insurance is available on request at additional cost.

Exact postage costs will be advised at the end of auction, please contact me before hand if you would like to to know specific shiping costs to your location.

USA

A flat fee of $10.00 USD applies to ship to the USA.
