     This "Primitive Snowman" placque is hand-made and hand-painted by D.McFadden (Tara Treasures) in New Jersey.  It measures approximately 8 inches wide and 22 inches high. I painted the snowman with a red scarf.  The hat has a snow covered metal snowflake and the body of the snowman has a rusty metal star.  The body has 3 rusty nails as buttons.  There is also polyurethane applied to protect the finish.  I attached a black and gold decorative rope for easy hanging.
