This is a beautiful handwoven textile originating in Laos. It measures 70cm wide and 2 metres long and is made from a combination of silk and rayon. The background colour on this piece is orange and has gold, red, dark brown and olive green woven through it creating a stunning overall effect. This piece is created on a hand loom and as such there are sometimes small inconsistencies running through it but this is the nature of the piece. This would make a great wall hanging, table runner, bed runner or cover up wherever some colour and texture is needed.
