Victoria within 50km KM of Melbourne GPO will be = $7.45.
For all other Victoria will = $8.55.
NSW. = $10.90.
South Australia = Adelaide = $10.90. All other SA = $11.60.
Queensland = Brisbane = $11.50. Near Qld. = $12.70 . Mid Qld.= $13.30 Nth Qld. = $13.50.
WA. Perth = $14.40. Mid WA =14.70. Nth WA. = $15.40.
Tasmania. = $11.60.
NT. = $15.30.
