We care. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are not happy. If something is not quite right or if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, or even for no reason, please email us so we can attend to it. Or, if you prefer, just return the item to us within 7 days (properly packed of course). We will refund your purchase price, the original postage from us to you and the return postage from you to us.
Can I have items sent together to save on postage?
No problems, we will happily hold your first successful bid for a couple of days while you wait for others to finish.
How do you pack my order so it won't be damaged?
Your order is packed in a padded envelope which we buy from the post office. If necessary, a strong cardboard stiffener is used to prevent folding. Larger orders are tightly packed in a cardboard box, with shredded paper or plastic bubblewrap as packing, wrapped in brown paper and tied with string.
Postage
We charge only the actual cost of the packaging and postage.
This book weighs over 1.8kg and the cost of postage will depend on where you live.
We do not charge any sort of handling fee.
Delivery Time
When we have received your payment your item will be posted the next working day. We post at a Post Office and obtain a receipt showing the date and time your item was posted. Please note that due to the size of Australia and the workings of Australia Post it can take up to 10 days for your parcel to arrive. We are not responsible for loss or delay of your item by Australia Post.
Do you insure my order?
We do not insure orders to Australia. If you require Express Post or Registered mail we will be pleased to do so and add the cost to your item. In all cases we are not responsible for lost or damage within the postal system.
