This pedal is a serious pre-amp and Direct Insertion Box that provides great front-end tone shaping along with a super clean balanced direct output. You can dial in a wide range of sounds with the VXL Tone-Shaper which includes a three band EQ, plus a harmonics control with mix that lets you add just the right amount of warmth or all the way to complete grung. Two foot switches let you instantly change your sound by engaging the Shape or Harmonics. Features include 1/4" input and 1/4" parallel output, XLR balnced output and line outputs, providing for maximum flexibility for patching in to amps, recorders or mixing boards. Ruggedly constructed for road use but equally at home in the studio with an aluminum extrusion and steel chassis.
