*Mainsail, spinnaker, light and heavy duty jibs including poloes and riggings

*23 ft aluminium mast complete with rigging

*Full cabin reduced to 1/2 cabin for more space for fishing, boatingor sailing.

*Complete overhaul & painted inside out (special bitumen paint below water line inside & out.

*41/2 hp British Seagull outboard motor - running well 

* 40 kg centre board included but not fitted

*Portable heavy duty rechargable battery for bilge pump,horn and car radio (2 speakers fitted & wired to antenna but radio rermoved)

*spare fuel tank ( 8 litre)

* BOTH THE BOAT AND THE TRAILER HAVE 10 MONTHS REGO.

*25 cm bouy and rope

*fire extinguisher

*Life jackets and sailing vests (zip needs replacing)

*removable vinyl seal at transom

*removable vinyl seat over centre board with back rest

*2 sand anchors with chains and ropes

*stainless steel grab rails on cabin roof

*white anti slip paint to all top decks
