Description

 This beautiful brides costume is made entirely from antique fabrics. The cream  silk satin was taken from the remains of a turn of the century (1900) gown. The fabric is in remarkable condition and I have used the original silk wool blend lining for the costume linings.  The whole ensemble is decorated with antique lace and huge ribbon bow . The veil is antique tulle and the headdress is original wax buds. This listing is for the two piece costume and veil only. 95% hand sewn. If you would prefer a bonnet instead of the veil please ask.

This dress fits an 17"  leather fashion lady body heel to shoulder with LEATHER HANDS, (the sleeve cuffs are too narrow for bisque or wooden hands) this would be a doll about  19/20" to the top of her head. The jacket is  5" across the shoulders and the cuff is 1 1/2" across, the skirt has a 9" waist, this is closed with a tie fastening so will accommodate a larger or smaller waist and also the dollstand.
