We specialise in supplying 4WD and Automotive parts to the Do It Yourself handy person. Only 5% of our customers are locals. We sell all over Australia and around the world. Not surprisingly we are very popular in regional areas where country folk rely upon us to get products to their remote cattle stations, mine sites and alike. We deliver to construction sites, caravan parks, off shore drilling rigs  ... where ever. 

We are great at selling other people's parts as well as producing our own 4H branded parts where we couldn't otherwise find a good product. We are probably Australia's best connected 4WD outlet with access to virtually any recognised offroad product so it's no wonder a stack of 4WD shops and mechanics use us for parts they can't otherwise source themselves.

Our new warehouse at 18 Latham St Mornington Vic 3931 is not new any more. We have well and truly settled in and weathered the turbulent ups and downs of this recession. What recession? We are pleased to announce our recession was short lived and we were among the first of the employers out there to put more people on just so we could keep up.

Our business model is to be Australia's biggest and best selling machine of 4WD and Automotive parts. We dont have a workshop, we dont fix anything and we dont fit anything - we just sell it. When you buy from us on line or over the phone your goods are often shipped straight from our suppliers to you. Sometimes we arrange different suppliers to send goods your way and you can receive several packages that make up a complete outfit. We are like a parts broker.

You may pick up your ebay items directly from our warehouse if we know beforehand that you are coming. Please call our friendly staff on 03 59755533 to make arrangements because often we might not carry what you are after in our Mornington depot.

We use Australia Post's eParcel service. This is a registered mail service that requires you to sign for your goods and has an online tracking system so you can see if your items are close to being delivered or even waiting for you at the post office. If your items are too big for Aussie Post we will use a courier suited to your area. When suppliers send goods to you they all use couriers as well. A courier will need a street address (not a PO Box) and you will need to sign for the goods. We can't accept responsibility for goods stolen from your front door step and so they are instructed not to leave items unattended. On rare occasions you might incur a redelivery fee if the courier has to make repeated attempts to deliver your items or onsend to an alternate address. We too will send by courier if your goods can not be delivered by Australia Post.  In every case, you can track the progress of your goods whether they be with couriers or in the eParcel system.

The items we sell come not only come with a 12 month warranty but also a 7 day satisfaction guarantee that what you purchased is what you wanted. Some items we sell are discontinued clearance or liquidation stock from suppliers shutting shop. Understandably these cant be replaced once sold out but this will be made apparent in the item description if this applies.

A lot of people like to call us and make arrangements verbally over the phone and we can also take credit card details over the phone too. In fact that works for most people. 

If you are an overseas customer then we can only accept Pay Pal from you for your and our security - sorry - no exceptions. We get a lot of local and overseas customers using Pay pal and we find it to be very safe and fair. However it does cost us about 3% in Pay Pal fees so it's no surprise we prefer if local Australian customers bank into the following bank account ... Please remember to use your ebay name in the description field so we know who paid us.
