Pick up:
We offer free pick up from our warehouse. However, buyers can not arrange for own courier to pick up there items from us as that puts us in breach of the contract we have with our courier. Further, cash on pick up is the only payment method accepted by us should you decide to pick up your item. Please do not pay with bank deposit or PayPal and come to pick up your item. Also a time and day for pick up will need to be arranged by email or by calling Tony on 0431 089 344.

We have put in place two types of warranty to ensure not only you receive an item that works! But also to ensure you keep using that item for at least 24 months.
1) First part of our warranty is the 3 months back to base (parts & labor) warranty. Should item have a manufacturer fault.
2) Secondly, we offer you 24 months parts warranty. We have a full range of spare parts in stock and are happy to supply you with any part (should any part malfunction in the future) for a nominal charge.
P.S buyers are liable for all postage and handling costs associated with back to base or parts warranty.
