USER'S INSTRUCTIONS.

Safely and easily fill helium balloons by simply following the usage instructions listed below. The special flip-top carton and easy-fill nozzle make it convenient and fun to have helium-filled balloons for any occasion.

As with any consumer product, please familiarise yourself with the important safety warnings below prior to use.

1. Pull tear strip and flip open box top. FOR BEST RESULTS, FILL BALLOONS 1-2 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT.
2. TURN GREEN HANDLE COUNTER-CLOCKWISE TO OPEN VALVE.
3. Slip balloon neck onto black nozzle until neck fits tightly around nozzle.
4. Hold balloon neck firmly between thumb and forefinger at the widest part of the nozzle. Press nozzle down gently to inflate.
5. Fill balloon to desired size.
6. Release thumb pressure on nozzle to stop inflation.
7. When inflating latex balloons, pinch balloon tightly at base of balloon neck and remove from nozzle. When inflating foil balloons, simply remove from nozzle as foil balloons are self sealing.
8. To assure maximum float time, tie a tight knot in the neck of the latex balloon. Foil balloons do not require a knot. Attach ribbon of desired length below the knot on latex balloons.

BALLOON SIZE EQUIVALENTS

This tank will fill the 50 x 9 inch balloons in the kit   OR        27 x 11inch balloons       OR           27 x 18 inch foil balloons      OR          3 x 36 inch foil balloons

FLOAT TIME

The manufacturer quotes a float time of approx 5 to 7 hours for 9 inch balloons and 4 days for 18 foil balloons.

SAFETY ADVICE

Before using Helium Balloon Kits, please familiarize yourself with the following warnings. These warnings can also be found on the product carton.

• Keep the kit out of the reach of children.
• Balloons represent a possible choking hazard. Children under eight years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons immediately.
• Do not place nozzle in mouth or nose for any reason. Doing so can damage lungs and other body parts, which can result in serious personal injury or death. The cylinder contains compressed helium under pressure.
• Do not inhale helium. Use only in a well ventilated area. Never use in closed spaces. Helium reduces and can eliminate oxygen available for breathing. Inhaling helium can result in serious personal injury or death.
• Do not refill with any material. This is a non-refillable cylinder. This could result in violent bursting of the cylinder resulting in serious personal injury or death.
• Do not store in damp areas. This can cause the cylinder to rust. Rusting of the cylinder can result in a violent bursting of the cylinder resulting in serious personal injury or death.
• Never expose the cylinder to direct heat or fire. Exposure to those conditions could result in the operation of the pressure relief device, which will result in a sudden discharge of pressure from the cylinder, resulting in serious personal injury or death.
• Do not mistreat the tank by dropping on sharp or pointed surfaces. This could puncture the tank causing a sudden release of the contents resulting in serious injury or death.
